Arkansas Radiant Miss is a new pageant system open to girls 0-22 years providing preliminary competitions throughout the year in different towns in our beautiful state and culminating with our grand finale, the Arkansas Radiant Miss State Pageant in the spring. Our pageant system is so much more than a typical Arkansas beauty pageant. We have taken the traditional beauty pageant and added a community outreach component, our Queen of Hearts Program, for contestants who want the opportunity to give back to their communities while building grace, confidence and compassion! So whether a contestant wishes to compete for our beauty titles, or work toward earning our newly established community outreach title, the experience that one garners along the way is a win within itself!
